About DressMe
Introduction
Currently fashion design industry rapidly engaging with Information technology field. Also, shoppers now prefer online shopping than in-store shopping. But there is still a low level of user satisfaction because of the poor fit-on experience. The DressMe mobile app is developed to design customized men trousers for users. This app provides a unique service that combines the convenience of on-demand tailoring with the latest virtual reality (VR) technology. The app connects users with talented fashion designers. Measurements getting process goes with user’s uploaded images. User needs to capture front, back and side view image from mobile phone and then calculate necessary measurements from it. According to that measurement’s custom-fitted trousers are made by fashion designers. Then user can be tried on it via app’s VR feature

Objective
The DressMe mobile app's main goal is to make shopping for custom-fitted trousers simple and convenient for clients. Customers may virtually try on the trousers by utilizing the most recent VR technology, saving time and eliminating the need for several in-person fittings. DressMe also seeks to offer high quality and well-fitted pants that are customized to the customer's unique body shape by employing qualified fashion designers

Background
Traditional tailoring often involves multiple in-person fittings, which can be time-consuming and inconvenient for customers. Additionally, ready-to-wear trousers are often mass-produced and not tailored to the customer's unique body shape, leading to an ill-fitting and uncomfortable experience. Also, correctness of measurements depend on the tailors knowledge and this process is time consuming and costly. Based on the advanced development of technical devices, today’s shopping is evolving in a variety of ways, from existing offline to online. The DressMe mobile app seeks to address these issues by providing a more convenient and personalized shopping experience for men's trousers.
Research Problem
The research problem addressed by DressMe is the lack of a convenient and personalized shopping experience for men's trousers. Ready-to-wear trousers are often not tailored to the customer's unique body shape, leading to an ill-fitting and uncomfortable experience. Traditional tailoring often involves multiple in-person fittings, which can be time-consuming and inconvenient for customers.
